Event Check-In:

• Upon check-in at the event, you will be given number.
• Please make arrangements during check in if you would like to participate in the QuickCheck.
• You will be asked if you would like to participate in our 52 Card Draw for chance to win something great!
• You are welcome to choose your dinner seat which will also be your seat for the live auction.
• Please proceed to the silent auction.Tickets for our "Spirit Station" and raffle items will be available near the silent auction area.

General Auction Rules and Conditions:

• All payments for silent and live auction items will be made at the cashier table. Cash, check, VISA or Master Card will be accepted. Make checks payable to Bethany Lutheran School. (You may also want to take advantage of our Quick Check Program).
• If more than one person purchases an item, individual checks must be collected and presented to the cashier at time of redemption. The person presenting the checks will be given the item bid on.
• All sales are final! Auction items have been donated by friends of Bethany Lutheran School. Items may not be returned or exchanged for any reason. Full value of a gift certificate must be used for merchandise. No money may be refunded.
• All items must be picked up, paid for and removed from the premises at the close of the evening. Unless otherwise specified, all auction services must be used by May 7, 2013.
• All auction items are sold "as is". Bethany Lutheran School makes no representation or warranty of any kind. Many items and services are donated with special conditions. Please see item description at the event.
• Values indicated for some items are estimates only and are not warranted by Bethany Lutheran School for tax purposes or for general value.
